Bianco Instruments surgical grade instruments are all made from high-grade stainless steel and are 100% safe to use in heat-sterilizing equipment like an Autoclave. However, Bianco Instruments does not have set instructions for sterilization. For reference, we defer to the CDC guidelines for surgical instrument sterilization detailed on their website.

As detailed in the CDC guidelines, steam sterilization via Autoclave is by far the most cost-effective, sterile, and widely used disinfecting technique for heat resistant surgical instruments. Bianco Instruments does not guarantee damaged product due to insufficient or improper sterilization practices. For more information, please consult the Instructions for Use (IFU) of the respective sterilization method you are using to ensure the instruments are disinfected in the most safe and complete way.
