BI- 195  Professional Scissor Type Tweezers. 
Made from high grade stainless and precision hand honed and made to higher tolerances than the old ones you you used to buy in the drug store.  I never did like this style of tweezer because it is awkward to hone corectly but after many hours of fine tuning and trying different ways to make them better, I achieved a result that was far better than I expected. Its the high grade stainless that makes the differance. Pulls hair effortlessly. Designes with an off set angle and straight tip.  If you use this style tweezer you won't be dissapointed.
